Finding a pet friendly apartment can be tough we certainly understand how important it is to have our companions by our side. Finding a home for you and your loved ones requires attention, diligence and foresight during your search but luckily, we have taken care of that for you. Our community was designed with people who rent with pets in mind. We welcome a wide range of breeds and sizes, and only steps out your front door is our pristine dog park, Canine Cove. So, whether it's a stroll through the park that catches your eye or a nap out under a shade tree, we welcome you.

$300 non-refundable pet fee for 1 pet and $500 non-refundable pet fee for 2 pets

2 pet max with breed restrictions, no aggressive breeds allowed including but not limited to Pit bulls, Chow, Dobermans, Rottweiler’s or any mix with these breeds
